At DEN, we offer a comprehensive path to homeownership education program that equips participants with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate the complex process of becoming homeowners. Our program covers a wide range of topics, from understanding the home buying process to financial literacy and planning, and credit repair and management. We also provide guidance on securing down payments, connecting with reputable lenders, and demystifying the ins and outs of obtaining a mortgage. Through our homeownership education, we empower individuals to make informed, lasting decisions.

Support
Our range of services includes assistance in accessing vital resources such as healthcare benefits, mental health support, and job placement tailored to veterans' unique skills and experiences. We also offer referral housing assistance aimed at helping veterans secure safe and affordable housing options, ensuring they have a stable and comfortable place to call home. Our team understands the challenges veterans may face during their transition to civilian life, and we are here to provide the guidance and support needed to make that transition as smooth as possible, ensuring a brighter future.

Tiffany's academic journey includes earning degrees in Business Management and Accounting, reflecting her commitment to excellence in both organizational leadership and financial stewardship. In fact, her dedication to community service extends beyond her military and academic experiences.
In the realm of business, Tiffany has excelled as a manager and consultant for several for-profit ventures. Her ability to navigate complex business landscapes showcases her acumen for strategic decision-making and organizational development. Furthermore, she has successfully managed a real estate firm and a barber and beauty spa, demonstrating her versatility in different industries. As the President of Divine Empowerment Network, Tiffany combines her military background, business expertise, and commitment to community service to create an organization that caters to the philandrist side, ensuring empowerment for all.
